From Profane to Sacred<\/em> at Ch\u00e2teau Dufresne.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This exhibition, presented at the museum and historic heritage site in Montreal\u2019s Maisonneuve district, invites you to take a closer look at the prolific religious work of Guido Nincheri (1885-1973). A native of Italy who trained at the Florence Academy of Fine Arts, this virtuoso decorator and stainglass artist helped decorate this early 20th-century bourgeois residence, emblematic of the tastes of the period. The visit is a double pleasure: browsing the rooms of the Ch\u00e2teau and learning about Nincheri&#8217;s work.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/chateaudufresne.com\/en\/oeuvres\/from-the-profane-to-the-sacred\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/chateaudufresne.com\/en\/oeuvres\/from-the-profane-to-the-sacred\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>until the end of summer:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u202f<em>Our mountain. Memories of Mount Royal <\/em>at Mus\u00e9e des Hospitali\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Designed by renowned landscape architect Frederick Law Olmsted (1822-1903), Mount Royal Park has a rich history that extends far beyond our current perception of this Montreal landmark. The exhibition focuses on the major issues that have marked the development and safeguarding of the mountain. Once at the museum, you\u2019ll also have the opportunity to visit its permanent exhibition, which tells the story of the origins of Montreal, of H\u00f4tel-Dieu, and of health care and science through the tangible and intangible heritage of the Hospitali\u00e8res de Saint-Joseph.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/museedeshospitalieres.qc.ca\/en\/activites\/our-mountain\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/museedeshospitalieres.qc.ca\/en\/activites\/our-mountain\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you&#8217;re visiting or living in Quebec City area, don\u2019t hesitate to explore the Mus\u00e9e du Monast\u00e8re des Augustines.
